Your Data Rights (EU & UK)

If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, the GDPR and UK GDPR give you specific rights over your personal data. This page explains how they work here.

Why we process your data

We rely on three lawful bases: contract — processing your order and delivering it; legal obligation — keeping invoices for tax law; and legitimate interest — basic site security and fraud prevention. We do not profile you and we do not make automated decisions about you.

Your rights

You may request: access to your data; correction of inaccurate data; deletion where no legal duty blocks it; restriction of processing while a dispute is resolved; a portable copy in a machine-readable format; and objection to processing based on legitimate interest. Where processing rests on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting earlier processing.

How to exercise them

Email [email protected] with the request and enough detail to find your records (the email used at checkout is usually sufficient). We answer within one month; complex requests may take up to two further months, and we will tell you if that happens. Requests are free unless plainly repetitive.

International transfers

Order data is processed in the United States. Where data leaves the EU or UK, the transfer is covered by the providers' standard contractual clauses or an equivalent recognized safeguard.

Retention

The periods in our Privacy Policy apply equally to EU and UK customers: order records for the statutory bookkeeping period, logs for weeks, support mail while the matter is open.

Complaints

If you believe we have mishandled your data, you can lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority — in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office. We would appreciate the chance to fix the issue first, but that is your right either way.
