Privacy Policy

This policy explains what we collect when you browse or buy, what we do with it, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect what an order needs, we keep it only as long as bookkeeping requires, and we do not sell it.

What we collect

When you order: your name, delivery address, email, and payment confirmation (card numbers are handled by the payment processor and never touch our servers). When you browse: standard server logs — IP address, browser type, pages viewed — kept briefly for security and debugging.

Cookies

We use a small number of functional cookies: one remembers that you dismissed the cookie notice, others keep a checkout session together. We do not run advertising cookies on this site. You can clear or block cookies in your browser at any time; checkout may stop working until you allow them again.

Third parties

Your data is shared only with the services an order cannot happen without: the payment processor (to charge you), the shipping carrier (to deliver), and our email provider (to send confirmations). Each receives only the fields it needs.

Retention

Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires, then deleted. Server logs are rotated within weeks. Support emails are kept while the conversation is open and archived afterwards.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, or — where no legal duty requires us to keep it — have it deleted. Write to [email protected] and we respond within the statutory deadline. EU and UK residents have additional rights described on the GDPR page.

Children

This site sells to adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16; if you believe a minor has submitted data, contact us and we will remove it.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is posted here with an updated effective date. Effective date of this version: 1 June 2026.
