Shipping, Tracking, and Delivery
Dispatch
Orders are packed on business days and usually leave the warehouse within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays join the queue the next working morning.
Carriers and transit times
Domestic parcels travel with USPS or UPS, whichever offers the better route to your ZIP code that week. Most US deliveries arrive within five to ten business days of dispatch. Rural addresses can add a couple of days.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed to you the moment the label is created. Allow up to 24 hours for the first carrier scan to appear — a label that exists before the truck arrives is normal, not a problem.
International orders
Where international shipping is offered at checkout, transit typically takes two to four weeks depending on destination and customs. Any import duties or local taxes are the recipient's responsibility — they are not collected by us at checkout.
Wrong or incomplete address
Double-check your address before paying. If you spot a mistake, email us right away through the contact page; we can usually correct it before dispatch but not after the parcel is moving.
Lost or stalled parcels
If tracking shows no movement for ten business days, or a parcel is marked delivered but never arrived, contact us. We open a trace with the carrier, and if the parcel cannot be located we send a replacement or refund the order — your choice.
Damaged on arrival
Photograph the packaging and the unit, then email the photos to support within seven days of delivery. Damaged units are replaced at no cost; we may ask you to keep the original packaging until the carrier claim closes.
