These terms govern your use of this website and any purchase made through it. Placing an order means you have read and accepted them.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract to order from this site. By purchasing, you confirm the delivery and payment details you provide are accurate and yours to use.

2. Orders and payment

An order is accepted when we send dispatch confirmation, not when payment is taken. We may decline or cancel an order — for example, where stock has run out or payment cannot be verified — in which case any amount already charged is refunded in full.

3. Pricing

Prices shown at checkout are final for that order. We may change listed prices at any time, but changes never apply retroactively to orders already confirmed.

4. Product use

StopWatt is intended for ordinary indoor household use in standard 120 V outlets. It is not industrial equipment and is not a remedy for faulty wiring. Use contrary to the quick-start instructions voids any replacement commitment.

5. Intellectual property

All text, images, and design on this site belong to us or our licensors. You may not reproduce them commercially without written permission.

6. Disclaimer and liability

The site and product are provided “as is”. To the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms removes rights that consumer law grants you and that cannot be waived.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the version published at the time you order is the one that applies to that order.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the seller's registered place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence remain unaffected.
